Wine born from the Banfi adventure in the Bolgheri area. A vintage with a fairly regular vegetative trend, in which the heavy rains of mid-September were the only critical moment. Thanks to the actions taken in the vineyard and, then, in the cellar, the quality results were excellent. Complex aromas, characterized by hints of small red fruits accompanied by notes of tobacco and licorice. Soft wine with sweet and elegant tannins. and a long and persistent finish. Thanks to the good structure and elegance that distinguish it, Aska goes perfectly with game dishes like stewed roe or tortelli with wild boar ragout.
Light and fruity flavours with hints of peach flowers, sage and apple. It's ideal with fruits, fruit desserts and mild cheeses.The wine ages for 2 years in various sizes oak barrels; the wine is subsequently aged in bottle for an additional 8-12 months before release. Deep red color, with a bit of garnet. The scent is pleasant and complex, with hints of plum, ripe cherry and red fruits, well integrated with notes of licorice and tobacco. On the palate is full, with a powerful and elegant structure and soft and harmonious tannins. The finish is very persistent.

Aged for a minimum of four years, including at least 24 months in oak (90% in French barriques and 10% in Slavonian casks) and 24 months bottle aging before release. A Brunello born in the estate vineyards that the zonation studies, which started in 1980, identified as the most suitable for Sangiovese. Elegant and balanced Brunello, with a good persistence, complex and sweet aromas and with an important but soft structure and a nice final acidity.
Negroamaro is a dark-skinned grape variety that has been associated with the Puglia region in southern Italy for at least 1500 years. It displays attractive sensations of peaches and apricots as well as of delicately scented flowers. It goes particularly well with full-flavored fish dishes or with legume-based dishes (such as broad beans and endive).
A very classic Barbaresco, elegant with ripe and spicy fruit, great depth and complexity. The mild and ripe tannins provide this wine with gentleness and finesse, ut also strength and opulence. Very long ageing potential.
